Troubleshooting
Problem
When User try to use the Migration Manager to deploy a package, Users receive this error:
BMXAA6216I - The manifest could not be retrieved for the following files.
Package name.zip
These files are not available for deployment.
Symptom
In the logs:

Cause
This is typically related to packages that were deleted, and also there are no references for them in maximo tables.
Environment
All Maximo 7.6.x
Resolving The Problem
Look at the system property mxe.dm.dmroot in System Properties application.
If this value is defined, in Current Value, they should look there for these files under directory.
If this property is null, then the files will be somewhere on the application server.
Delete the specific files that appear in the error message, then, the error disappears.
