Troubleshooting
Problem
The Work Centers in Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2 are highly configurable. Therefore, there are considerations that should be taken before an upgrade to MAS 8.6 or higher to ensure the best possible migration.
Environment
Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
IBM Maximo Asset Management Work Centers 7.6.0.4
Diagnosing The Problem
There are two aspects of Work Center to consider:
Database Data - Data held in the database will be upgraded during the normal process and will be available in MAS 8.6
Files - Any file that has been customized like js, html or css will not be present
Resolving The Problem
The modifications that are typically in the js, html or css files, these would need to be delivered with their changes via a customization archive.
