APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Given a parent directory with the SGID
  bit set, a file created with the SGID
  bit specified by a user who does not
  belong to the same group as the
  directory can still have the SGID bit set.
  

Local fix

• Remove the SGID bit from the directory.

  Benefits of the solution:
  The SGID bit is not set for a file created
  in a directory with the SGID bit set.
  Work Around:
  Remove the SGID bit from the directory.
  Problem Trigger:
  Create a file with the SGID bit specified
  as a non-member group user in a directory
  with the SGID bit set.
  Symptom: Unexpected Results/Behavior
  Functional Area affected: All Scale Users
  Customer Impact: High Importance
