Error description

• The description on panel ADBHPCO for the preserve_all_data
  change option does not include enough detail. Based on the
  current text, one can only assume putting this setting to NO
  will make any column's change to its NULLS attribute be an
  alter. In reality, the support for an alter for this type of
  change is limited to columns of type varchar that are at the end
  of the column list.
  
  The help panel should be updated to include these details.

  panel ADBHPCO is too generic and prone to misinterpretation. The
  description for "Preserve all data" has been updated as follows:
  
  This option applies to only certain changes, such
  as when altering the NULLS value of a column that
  is at the end of the column list and is type
  VARCHAR. For details on all scenarios to which
  this option might apply, see the description of
  the preserve_all_data CM batch parameter in the
  User Guide.
