Details of the ElasticSearch remediation for IBM Cloud Private Version 3.2.1 and 3.2.2
The ibm-icplogging component has been updated to use Elasticsearch 6.8.23. This release upgrades the Log4j package to 2.17.1, which remediates the log4j vulnerability and should not trigger false positives in vulnerability scanners as was the case with Elasticsearch 6.8.21.
