Problem
Running Reporting Fragments that uses DQM Reporting Framework package with prompt fails.
In OpenPages we see the following exception, OP-12013 The computation encountered an error
In Cognos logs we see the following exception, XQE-PLN-0537 The inverted parameter '<PROMPT_VARBLE>' can only be used in the context of an IN or IN_RANGE operator. Context is '<QUERY_SUBLECT> = ?<PROMPT_VARBLE>?'.
