  • Future versions will provide alternate mechanism for iProjects' actions.

  • Rational Developer for i 9.8 will be the last version to include Access Client Solutions
  • Download Access Client Solutions (ACS), install on your machine, and launch it. Rational Developer for i will then launch your installation of ACS.

    • Use Run SQL Scripts and Schemas from Access Client Solutions available from within Rational Developer for i.

Linux versions of RPG and COBOL Program Verifiers and Syntax Checkers

  • Rational Developer for i 9.6 will be the last version to include native Linux versions of the RPG and COBOL Program Verifiers and Syntax Checkers.  For RPG, this will not affect errors detected by the live parsing.
