Problem conclusion

• With the introduction of Storage Expert Care support, the
  Machine Type for the TS7700 was changed from 3957 to a new
  machine type of 3948.  This APAR provides the support to detect
  the 3948 Machine Type change from 3957.  Refer to the link below
