Troubleshooting
Problem
The default names for Additional Event Types are Type0, Type1, Type2 and so on. However the name is a customizable field and can be edited. The problem is that on upgrade to Impact 7.1.0 Fix Packs 19, through to 24, the name of additional types are reverted to the default values.
Symptom
Upgrading to Impact 7.1.0 Fix Pack 19, through to 24, will overwrite the custom names of Additional Event Types.
