  * All users that share the RACF database on z/OS with RACF for *
  * z/VM starting with release 7.3 of z/VM.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Starting with release 7.3, RACF for z/VM no longer supports  *
  * sharing of the RACF database between z/OS and z/VM.  RACF    *
  * for z/OS does not enforce this restriction and could, over   *
  * time, cause RACF database corruption if the z/OS database    *
  * templates are updated to add new features to RACF.           *

Problem conclusion

• RACF for z/OS has been updated to detect and disallow use of a
  RACF database that has been formatted by RACF for z/VM starting
  in release 7.3.
