Problem
Unable to start IBM Spectrum Protect client due to the error: ANS1599E Cannot load SSL runtime library.
Symptom
There are the following errors in the client's error log:
ANS0361I DIAG: ..\..\common\winnt\psskit.cpp(294): LoadGSKitLibrary(): Error 126 loading GSKIT Library '.\gsk8km_64.dll'.
ANS0361I DIAG: ..\..\common\winnt\psskit.cpp(294): LoadGSKitLibrary(): Error 126 loading GSKIT Library '.\gsk8ssl_64.dll'.
ANS9020E A session could not be established with a IBM Spectrum Protect server or client agent. The return code is -366.
ANS1599E Cannot load SSL runtime library.
