AAA-SYS-0002 The Service cannot process the request it has not been initialized

Troubleshooting


Problem

When attempting to load Cognos portal an error is shown saying:

AAA-SYS-0002 The Service cannot process the request it has not been initialized

 

Symptom

Cogaudit.log shows the following symptoms:
Repeated errors with Indices:
ERROR com.ibm.bi.platform.commons.web.BIResponseWrapper [Default Executor-thread-53] [sessionid] NA [IP] [port]LoginUser-149614924 NA /v1/indices/ search 12112 HttpServletResponseCode for /search/v1/indices/ is in error: 500
Error with Authentication for each login request:
INFO startup.Audit.dispatcher.caf [Thread-46] NA [IP] [port] caf 12112 Request SecureErrorId: 2022-02-07-08:51:34.389-#6 Original Error: CM-REQ-4159 Content Manager returned an error in the response header. The error "cmAuthenticateFailed CM-CAM-4005 Unable to authenticate. Check your security directory server connection and confirm the credentials entered at login." can be found in the response SOAP header. Failure
p2pd_messages.log shows the following symptoms:
Error with Flipper:
