PH43865: CHANGE MANAGEMENT APPLY: DIALOG ERROR ISPV006 OCCURS WHEN CHANGEID IS MORE THAN 4 DIGITS

Error description

• When using Change Management APPLY for pending changes, if
  CHANGEID is more than 4 digits, ISPF dialog error ISPV006
  occurs, indicating that data truncation has occurred and the
  data for CHANGEID is too long.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using Change Management (CM) APPLY *
  *                      for pending changes, any CHANGEID       *
  *                      greater than 9999 will cause an error.  *
  ****************************************************************
  If the CM CHANGEID is greater than 9999, applying the change
  on panel ADB2CCR results in the following error message:
  ISPV006
  Data truncation occurred
  Data for CHAR format variable "CHANGEID" was too long.
