Since Planning Analytics for Excel 2.0.65 (XLL), no default Excel workbook is opened at startup

Troubleshooting

Problem

Since Planning Analytics for Excel 2.0.65, we just need to double-click an XLL file to open the add-in: no installation is needed anymore.
However, in previous versions, a default workbook was automatically opened: in newer versions, no default workbook is displayed anymore at startup.
