Problem
The current version of IBM Documentation (KCCI) (Version 2.x) cannot be used with offline help content packages for DOORS versions before 9.7.2.
Symptom
The IBM® DOORS® offline help content packages before DOORS 9.7.2 do not work with version 2 of KCCI, the offline help content server.
Deploying the content package and restarting the KCCI application does not result in the expected product help content to become available.
