Error description

  • Due to a incorrect validation specification (MFVR) from SWIFT
the validation rule D99 for MT565 was not implemented correct in
FTM SWIFT.
A message could be rejected by the FTM SWIFT message validation,
but would get ACKed by SWIFT.

  • Adapt the FTM SWIFT message validation to match the corrected
SWIFT validation specification (MFVR) for MT564, MT565 and
MT567.
