* any of the following filesets at or between the given levels:
* MIN          MAX          FILESET
* 7.2.5.0      7.2.5.101    devices.vtdev.scsi.rte
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* When various paths in SSP and VMRM query libvio to see
* if the pool is ready to use, the timeout used may become
* much lower than anticipated, resulting in premature
* timeouts that lead to failures.
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Update to VIOS 3.1.3.21 or later.
****************************************************************
