APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the number of quorum nodes in the cluster is not
  greater
  than minQuorumNodes configure setting, the mmchconfig
  command fails without clear message.
  

Local fix

• If setting tiebreakerDisks parameter fails because the
  number of quorum nodes in the cluster is not great than
  minQuorumNodes, use the mmchconfig command to set
  minQuorumNodes to the default or lower than the number of
  quorum nodes in the cluster.
