• Error Description
  If documents are added to a case from a collection that was not
  previously part of the case, the field mapping for those
  documents are not properly set when indexed in the case.
  
  When a new collection definition is added to the repository, the
  global field definitions are updated. However. the changes are
  not propagated to the case collection field definitions until a
  document is added to a case
