Error description
The Duration displayed in the Tooltip will be different in the Graphical Assignments and Graphical Work View applications. This is dependent on the Work Order being Interruptible or not and based on the use of Refresh Work list option. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Create a Work Order with Scheduled Start: 12/13/21 7:00 PM Scheduled Finish: 12/15/21 7:45 PM Duration 10 hours Interruptible = YES 2. Create a Graphical Assignment list with the above Work Order 3. Move to Work View tab Obs: - the tooltip (ALT+click) will show a duration of 48:45 hours - after Refresh the work list, the duration is 10 hours 4. Create a Graphical Work Week list with the above Work Order 5. Move to Graphical Work Week Obs: - the tooltip (ALT+click) will show a duration of 48:45 hours - after Refresh the work list, the duration is 16 hours 6. Change the Work Order to Interruptible = NO 7. Check the above Graphical Assignment Obs: - the tooltip (ALT+click) will show a duration of 10 hours - after Refresh the work list, the duration is 48:45 hours 8. Check the above Graphical Work Week Obs: - the tooltip (ALT+click) will show a duration of 16 hours - after Refresh the work list, the duration is 48:45 hours RESULT: The Duration will be different in the Graphical Assignments and Graphical Work View applications, based on the Work Order being Interruptible or not and based on the use of Refresh Work list option. The values displayed are: - the duration in the Work Order (10 hours) : displayed in Graphical Assignment - the difference between the End Date and Star Date in shift hours (16 hours, 8 hours on 2 days) : displayed in Graphical Work Week - the difference between the End Date and Star Date in total hours (48:45 hours) : displayed on Graphical Assignments and Graphical Work View applications, before and after refresh EXPECTED RESULT: The Duration value in the tooltip should be the same in both Graphical Assignments and Graphical Work View, when the Work Order is Interruptible and regardless of the use of Refresh the Work List REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
