IBM Security Guardium: OS_USER blank for MongoDB

Troubleshooting


Problem

MongoDB™ data activity traffic logged by IBM Security Guardium™ does not show the value of the operating system (OS) user information in the reports. 
All other information appears correct. Despite no filtering rules configured in policy, the OS User is missing.
