Error description
Issue encountered when the 2nd instance of the ETT occurrence has an external PRED with itself but it PRED was abended, and the abend job was manually set to complete. The HOLD/RELEASE for the job in the 2nd instance of the ETT were not being released. . i.e. The application exists of 2 jobs, the first one the hold/release the second job is forced in abend with an abend step. After marking the abended job as complete, the sucessor job was not automaticall released.
