Troubleshooting
Problem
The Configure Analytics page does not display correctly after updating Impact to a new Fix Pack.
Symptom
"Failed to Load Data" is displayed on the widget in Configure Analytics page.
Turn on the following Websphere tracing using the WebSphere Application Server admin console to see the requests for data sets
com.ibm.tivoli.rest.*=all:
com.ibm.usmi.*=all:
com.ibm.sysmgmt.utils=all
com.ibm.tivoli.rest.*=all:
com.ibm.usmi.*=all:
com.ibm.sysmgmt.utils=all
If there is an issue processing the data, the following messages can be seen in the Websphere trace logs:
1. When a badly formatted date is sent
