Error description
On the CP_IMS_* & KPM_IMS_ATF_* tables you are allowed to Partition by Range. It uses the key ORIGIN_IMS, which is non-existent for both sets of components. Those tables are only suppose to be Partition by growth.

Problem conclusion
CP_IMS_REGN% and KPM_IMS_ATF% table definitions are modified so that they now will always be partitioned by growth. Indices for these tables are now created as primary clustering indices instead of Data Partitioned Secondary Indices (DPSI) giving improved performance for queries.
