Quick scan hangs when it is analyzing a Hive table that was defined incorrectly

Problem

When analyzing a schema that contains an incorrectly defined Hive table, quick scan starts looping when it tries to access the table.

Symptom

There is a message like the following in the log of the odf-fast-analyzer pod:
2020-07-01 20:16:03,847 ERROR hdfs_analyzer.DBMiniBatchRecordReader: Cannot read table jdbc:db2://dashdb-txn-sbox-yp-dal09-04.services.dal.bluemix.net:50001/bludb:sslConnection=true;/KZP35519.JAIME_VIEW: SQL exception: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-727, SQLSTATE=56098, SQLERRMC=3;-204;42704;KZP35519.JAIME_TBL, DRIVER=4.26.14
