Troubleshooting
Problem
There's a delay, at least several minutes long, in presenting the correct groups under a user's Personal Menu > My Preferences > Personal > Advanced > Groups and Roles when a group from an OIDC is added to a group in the Cognos Namespace.
Checking cognosserver.log looks like the groups are successfully captured from Okta.
