Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrator is creating a new company structure and/or also a new consolidation type.
After performing the following steps:
- Created the Groups, Subsidiaries and Groups Adjustment
- Created the appropriate ownership (Connected to) for the same
- Executed the Calculate Ownership Relations
Later on, the Administrator notices that when attempting to run a report for a particular group, the companies and sub-groups (some or all) for this group are not listed.
Generating a Tree Structure report for the group displays the same erroneous results.
Symptom
One thing to note, when the Administrator creates the relationship, the Vote % and Owned % defaults to 1.000000 as oppose to the expected 100.000000. This is expected when using Automatic Consolidation Type. when using Manual, it will default to 100.00000.
