Troubleshooting
Problem
Framework Manager is unable to connect to Cognos Analytics. When the user creates a new project or opens an existing project in Framework Manager, it displays a blank window instead of a login page. User cannot type their credential information due to no Cognos Analytics logon page display.
Symptom
When the user clicks any Framework Manager project, it pops up a blank window for login.
