Password Change fails with CTGTD1003E

Troubleshooting


Problem

When a user tries to change their password in the WebGUI Portal, the process fails and the following error message is displayed:
CTGTD100E: An error occurred while making the server request.
Error: Unable to load /ibm/TIPChangePasswd/ChangePasswordControllerServlet status: 401

Symptom

The Password Change process fails for all and any users.
