Informatin Server 11.7.1.3 の WebSphere Application Server が停止する

Troubleshooting


Problem

Information Server 11.7.1.3 のインストールパッケージを使用して、Windows Server にInformation Serverをインストールしました。WebSphere Application Server(WAS) を起動した後しばらくすると、sc query でも、Windowsのサービスのウインドウ上でも、WASが停止状態になります。
[sc queryの結果]

しかしながら、デザイナークライアントの使用、Administrations Consoleでの操作など、Information Server としては正常に使用できています。
