  Running WSLs in parallel might result in message ADB5146E for
  the DELETE FROM ADBDBETLIST statement, because of a deadlock or
  timeout on the ADBDBETLIST table. This APAR reduces the chance
  of access contention for ADBDBETLIST. However, other external
  causes, such as lock escalation, may still result in a timeout.
