Problem
When 'Last Scan Date' and 'Last Modified Date' dates are populated from Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager, they do not match dates imported using Integration Composer
Symptom
If Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager discovery is done at 11:00 AEST, 'Last Scan Date' and 'Last Modified Date' dates are shown as 21:00 in Actual Configuration Items application
