• GPFS API calls from 32bit application fail
  on SLES15 SP3
  

Local fix

• Apply the fix manually by editing the file
  /usr/lpp/mmfs/src/gpl-linux/ss.c to remove the
  checks for HAVE_COMPAT_IOCTL, then run
  mmbuildgpl again, and restart GPFS.

  Apply the fix manually by editing the file
