Cannot perform an over-the-top installation of Cognos Analytics due to Access Denied and FatalInstal exception
Symptom
The cognosserver.log file shows this error: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: E:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\.\.\cgi-bin\lib64\CAM_Crypto_Interface.dll
Install log file error: class InstallFromRepo FatalInstallException: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\.\.\cgi-bin\CAM_Crypto_Interface.dll
InstallFromRepo::InstallParts()
