  4 time fields in the QWSA triplet are not flagged for delta
  statistics processing.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR enables 4 fields in the QWSA triplet to be processed
  for Delta Statistics. This means that the following fields will
  contain delta values in:
  1) tables D_DB2_SYSTEM_T, _H:
     TCB_TIME_MSTR, SRB_TIME_MSTR, TCB_TIME_DBM1, SRB_TIME_DBM1,
     TCB_TIME_DIST, SRB_TIME_DIST, TCB_TIME_IRLM, SRB_TIME_IRLM,
     PRMPT_SRB, PRMPT_SRB_ZIIP.
  2) tables D_KPM_DB2_SYSTEM_T, _H:
     TCB_TIME_MSTR, TCB_TIME_DBM1, TCB_TIME_IRLM, TCB_TIME_DIST,
     PRE_SRB_MSTR, PRE_SRB_DBM1, PRE_SRB_IRLM, PRE_SRB_DIST,
     NONPRE_SRB_MSTR, NONPRE_SRB_DBM1, NONPRE_SRB_IRLM,
     NONPRE_SRB_DIST, PRE_SRB_ZIIP_MSTR, PRE_SRB_ZIIP_DBM1,
     PRE_SRB_ZIIP_IRLM, PRE_SRB_ZIIP_DIST.
