• Asset(TR) update licenses mass update entering start date
  issues error "You entered: MM/DD/YYYY
  Attribute ORIGINALISSUEDATE does not exist. Gather the logs from
  the  directory and determine the process or app
  referencing the invalid attribute. (BMXAA4176)"
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1)Asset (TR) , create new Asset = TESTTRLIC1 > Location =BR240 >
  Licenses subtab > click "New Row"
  2)License = 111111 >Description 111111  > Start Date = select
  Oct 1 2021  > End Date = Nov 30 2021  >Save Record
  3)create new Asset = TESTTRLIC2  >Location=BR240 >License Subtab
  >click "NEW Row"
  4)License = 222222 >Description 222222  > Start Date = select
  Oct 1 2021  > End Date = Nov 30 2021 >Save Record
  5)create new Asset = TESTTRLIC3  >Location=BR240 >License Subtab
  >click "NEW Row"
  6)License = 333333 >Description 333333  > Start Date = select
  Oct 1 2021  > End Date = Nov 30 2021  >Save Record
  7)Go to "List View" tab
  8)More Actions >select Update Licenses > License Window opens >
  Licenses section populates with above 3 created asset licenses
  9)Mass Update > Start Date > select todays date from Calendar  >
  click Apply
  
  RESULTS:
  receive error :  "You entered: 10/25/2021
  Attribute ORIGINALISSUEDATE does not exist. Gather the logs from
  the  directory and determine the process or app
  referencing the invalid attribute. (BMXAA4176)
  
  Expected Results:
  To be able to update the Start Date from the Mass Update
  without receiving error.
