IBM Spectrum Scale Support now offers a Live Chat feature. Start a chat with a Technical Support Professional from the IBM Community Portal.

With the Live Chat feature, it’s now easier and quicker than ever to get in touch with IBM Support when you need a quick update on your case, or when you have a brief technical question about the IBM Spectrum Scale product.

Live Chat is available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday.

Live Chat is offered from:

  • The Case Details page, or
  • The Chat with Support button that appears on most pages within the IBM Community Portal
