  • Getattr failed to perform file validation with home if
afmObjectXattr flag is
enabled and due to this it is unable
to refresh the metadata of files at cache on home file
changes as part of lookup in LU mode.

Benefits of the solution:
Revalidation now  happens even if afmObjectXattr is
enabled on the fileset.

Work around:
None

Problem trigger:
Metadata mismatches on a afmObjectXattr enabled
fileset.

Symptom:
Files ACL doesn't get changed

Platforms affected: All Linux OS environments
Functional Area affected: AFM
Customer Impact: low
