APAR status

Error description

• The output from executing the DET or BET line command on a
  package on panel ADB21K ('Packages') may not contain explain
  information for all queries. In addition, performance is poor
  when executing DET on packages with many queries and a large
  plan table, so the SQL is being rewritten to allow flexibility
  in creating indexes.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the DET line command on      *
  *                      panel ADB21K, EXPLAIN data is not shown *
  *                      for a query and matching column data    *
  *                      is missing for other queries. Also,     *
  *                      when using the DET line command on a    *
  *                      package that has lots of queries,       *
  *                      performance is very slow.               *
  ****************************************************************
  When using panel ADB21K to issue line command DET or BET,
  EXPLAIN data might be missing if other EXPLAIN rows have the
  same QUERYNO column value.  Also, if the user created table
  DSN_QUERYINFO_TABLE, the matching column data from
  EXPLAIN is not shown.
  The DET command takes a long time to display data if the package
  has many queries that have been explained.
