APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Unable to update the host name for TCP/IP connections for DMGR
and NA. In the Admin Console > System Administration > DMGR/NA >
    Additional Properties > Ports.

Local fix

  • As a workaround on this panel, first configure the bootstrap to
use the desired IP address. Then modify the ORB endpoint to use
the same IP address AND reconfigure the port definition to
something else. Save changes. You will find that the bootstrap
and ORB config now has the same IP/PORT configuration. You can
now modify the port definition back if you so desire. Save
    changes to master configuration.
