APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• because a doPriv block was missing from StreamContextHandler, it
  was casing SIB tests to fail when Java2 security was enabled

Problem conclusion

• Added the doPriv block, clearing up the problem
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion
  in fixpack 6.0.1.2 and 6.0.2
