  when importing project into Information Analyze

• Fix provided in rollup_RU5_IA_ALL_8701, rollup_RU12_IA_ALL_8503,
  rollup_RU6_IA_ALL_8701
  

Problem summary

• Importing datarule spread over different folders and subfolder
  from IA console fails with exception .
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurs when we have data rules in subfolders and we
  also have some empty subfolders.
  

Temporary fix

• Use IAAdmin -getProject and IAAdmin -create/update command to
  move data rule.
