Error description
When run AFM failover to a new target for a Single-Writer fileset, the fileset root's ACL might be changed to the same as home. Local fix
Problem summary
In SW case, fileset root inherits the metadata from home when failover is happened.If home fileset was recreate then metadata gets changed at cache with default value.
Problem conclusion
If SW case, existing metadata should not be modified for any files and fileset root as well.
