DataStageのOperationx Consoleで使用されているResMonAppプログラムが下記のエラーメッセージで異常終了する。
 "Unexpected data length read from Resource Tracker Socket"
ResMonAppで使用しているポート（デフォルト13450）が別のプログラムによって使用されているか、セキュリティのSWが稼働ポートをスキャンしている可能性が考えられる。
