Troubleshooting
Problem
In new or upgraded Information Server 11.7.1.3 (and newer) installations on AIX, uvsh execution might fail with exceptions when dependent modules are loaded.
Symptom
The following exceptions might be reported:
java.lang.Exception:
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program bin/uvsh because of the following errors:
0509-022 Cannot load module /opt/IBM/InformationServer/ASBNode/lib/cpp/libIISCrypto.so.
0509-150 Dependent module /usr/lib/libssl.a(libssl64.so) could not be loaded.
0509-152 Member libssl64.so is not found in archive
0509-022 Cannot load module uvsh.
0509-150 Dependent module /opt/IBM/InformationServer/ASBNode/lib/cpp/libIISCrypto.so could not be loaded.
grep: 0652-033 Cannot open DSPARAMUP.OUT.
