  Benefits of the solution:
  Before running mmchconfig release=LATEST,
  this fix allows a cluster to
  back out to a version prior to 5.1.1
  without  manually recreating
  key files or restoring a node.
  
  Work Around:
  Restore node using mmsdrrestore
  
  Problem trigger:
  The problem occurs when a cluster
  upgrade to GPFS version 5.1.1 or later
  then back out of the upgrade.
  This only happens if the cluster
  has authorized cluster or remote cluster defined.
