IT35197: COMMUNICATION ADAPTERS DO NOT SHOW PS OPTIONS OTHER THAN "ALL&LOCAL"

Error description

• After upgrading to 6.0.2, all communication adapters, such as
  HTTP Client, HTTP Server, SFTP Client etc, that were preexisted
  in the B2B system while editing
  show "All&Local" In Perimeter
  Server dropdown field. It us not listing all the available PS
  in the drop down.
  

Local fix

• code Fix is provided to list all the available PS options along
  with 'All & local'. When the adapter is configured to run in
  all the environment's the 'All & local' is set for the PS
  option in the adapter.
