PH40453: COMPONENT PROPERTIES DO NOT SYNC WITH COMPONENT TEMPLATE COMPONENT PROPDEFS WHEN RESET TO OLDER VERSION

Error description

• Steps to create :
  
   1. create a component template.
   2. create three-component propdef prop1 ,prop2 and prop3.
   3. create a component out of it .
   4. there should be correct component prop def on the component
  configuration page.
   5. hit the rest url
  <server-url>/cli/component/info?component=<component id>
   6. check the "Properties" datapoint . there should be all three
  propdef under it.
   7. create a propdef on template as prop4.
   8. Reset the component template to the older version.
   9. Again hit the endpoint and check the json for properties .
  10. there would be old properties from old template data .
  11. create prop5 on component template component propdef
  12. check again the url response and check the properties , it
  will have stale data.
