Error description

• Depending on the current time and timezone (possibly locale if
  not an AM-PM aware one), using a preset date range e.g. Current
  Year, may not use the correct start time leading to omitted
  results.
  
  1. Create or otherwise have an execution from the AM hours of
  the first day of the current month.
  2. during the PM hours
  3. Execute the Deploy Detail report for custom range <first date
  of the current month> to <last date of the current month>
  4. Execute the Deploy Detail report for the "Current Month"
  
   The custom range report will include the data from step 1 but
  the "Current Month" report will not.
