  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Compare generates invalid DDL    *
  *                      for triggers.                           *

  When a comparison results in creating both advanced triggers and
  basic triggers, Object Compare might incorrectly attempt to
  create the basic trigger as an advanced trigger.
